Since June 2023, we have been attorneys and managers at Ettor & Niess. We offer independent legal services while collaborating with expert and advocacy teams.

I have dedicated my entire career to advocacy, primarily defending clients accused of white-collar crimes, economic and property offenses, corruption cases, and legal entity liability. My legal practice builds upon my academic research, which focused on corporate criminal liability.

Through years of experience, I have authored and published multiple professional papers and articles. Since criminal law is deeply connected to fundamental rights and freedoms, I also specialize in representing clients before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and the European Court of Human Rights.
